There is a monthly subscription fee based on usage at five (5%) percent of all collected fees.
There are no hidden charges for training, customer service calls, or updates.
Users bring your own device (BYOD). There are no hidden equipment costs. The services are multiplatform and mobile device compliant.
There are no known contractual limitations regarding use of the 2015 certified edition in the service contract, end user license agreement (EULA) or business associates agreement (HIPAA/HITECH) for the cloud topology. There are limitations of liabilities provisions in the user contract. Nonpayment of fees results in limitation of user's ability to utilize functions.
