WADE L. HAMIL, PHD - Chief Executive Officer founded the company in May 1998 as an internet-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to address the specific needs of behavioral health providers and agencies.

Additionally, Dr. Hamil is also co-founder of Millennium Medical Services, LLC (1998), a leading provider of mental health services to nursing facility residents and Millennium Community Services, LLC (2007), a leading provider of rural behavioral health care. Dr. Hamil has extensive experience in regulatory audit requirements regarding HIPAA/HITECH, Medicare, Medicaid, and various third-party payors.
In his 20 years of clinical and executive experience, he has maintained ownership of all client delivery and relationships for Millennium's statewide operations. This included serving as an entrepreneurial force behind Oklahoma behavioral health infrastructure advancements made for the predictable delivery of solutions to its rural and urban clients – most notably the standardization and centralization of Millennium's paperless and telemedicine platform mechanisms. Additionally, under his leadership, Millennium advanced its paperless solutions through innovations with key client partners and other strategic partners.

Prior to founding the Millennium Group, Dr. Hamil trained in Clinical and Neuropsychology and holds two Masters degrees and a PhD.

Dr. Hamil has been a licensed Oklahoma Health Service Psychologist since 1996 and serves on the board of directors of Oklahoma Psychological Association and is a member of the American Psychological Association (Divisions 12, 22, 40).
KEITH L. STEPHENSON - Chief information Officer of Millennium Information Services since 1999, he has designed, coded, and implemented the Online Office software, an internet-based electronic database charting system for clients and clinicians.
After two years of college Keith joined the United States Coast Guard where he designed and programmed the AMVER computer system, a worldwide vessel search and recovery system based in NYC. There he received many awards for his work, one from the United States Air Force for his work on the maiden launch of the Shuttle Columbia in April, 1981.
For more than 35 years he has worked in the computer field as a programmer, Unix administrator, network administrator and web designer. Keith has also worked in systems implementation, customer support and SQL database design and coding. His continual design of internet-based systems utilizes the most up-to-date techniques and simplified design for ease of use.
